Assistant Farm Manager - Grow Grass-Fed Beef & New Ventures

4xtrahands is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager for Longbrook Farm near the Northamptonshire/Cambridgeshire border. This full-time senior role entails hands-on livestock management, breeding planning, pasture strategy, and supporting a forthcoming poultry enterprise.

You will work closely with the Farm Director to run day-to-day operations, maintain high welfare standards, manage budgets, and help develop new agricultural ventures from the ground up.
