Assistant F&B Manager - Lead Service & Events

Leonardo Hotels in the UK is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the F&B department's strategic objectives and supervise day-to-day operations. You will lead a vibrant team, motivate staff, and ensure guests have memorable experiences aligned with Leonardo standards.

You will work closely with the Head of Department, manage service delivery, and be a visible presence on the floor to back the team. The role offers opportunities for progression within our Leonardo Hotels estate.
