Assistant Enablement Manager Lead Care Teams (Driver)

PBS4 is seeking an Assistant Enablement Manager to lead and develop teams supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs in Southampton and Hampshire. The role involves managing 24/7 shifts across days, nights, evenings, sleep-ins, and on-call periods with a 3:1 support ratio.

You will champion person-centred planning, supervision, and training while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for the people supported by PBS4.
