Your missions: Following the departure of one of the currently employed Assistant Physicians, we are inviting applications for a position of Assistant Physician, with immediate start or by mutual agreement, in the hospital sector of child and adolescent psychiatry and Psymobile. Your roles as Assistant Physician: You will successfully develop the adolescent hospital unit with 9 beds located in Marsens and the mobile team for adolescents in coordination with the care management. You will engage in the development of the entire institution by advocating for the breaking down of disciplinary silos. Thanks to your skills and convincing personality, you know how to bring life, coherence, and meaning to the assigned missions and convey the necessary directives. You will take responsibility for cross-sectional missions in the network and collaborate positively with other professional bodies.Desired profile: Holder of a diploma in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy with several years of clinical experience as a senior physician. Willingness to positively engage in the functioning of the network, respect its values, and promote truly multidisciplinary work. Management training will be a plus.
