Assistant Director, People & Culture - Strategy & Risk Leader

Kent Fire and Rescue Service in Maidstone is seeking an Assistant Director, People and Culture to lead the people agenda across the organisation, protecting 1.9 million people and shaping the culture you work within.

This is a lead people role with a seat on the Corporate Management Board; you will be the Chief Executive's principal adviser on people risk, responsible for strategy outcomes, not HR operations alone, with regular presence across stations and sites in Kent.
