Overview

We're looking for a credible interim leader who can quickly step in, provide stability and direction, and actively drive progress across strategy, performance, partnership, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy and Performance with strong, demonstrable experience in these areas.
• Provide managerial oversight of Community Engagement, ensuring this work is effectively coordinated and aligned with wider priorities.
• Manage and mobilise a new team and service, including onboarding, setting direction, and establishing effective ways of working quickly.
• Operate at pace and deliver at high productivity in a fast-moving environment.
• Contribute directly to delivery, not just oversight - the role requires someone who is hands-on and able to produce work as well as manage others.
