Assistant Director of Nursing - Cork City
Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a well-established nursing home located on the outskirts of Cork City.
This 50-bed nursing home offers state-of-the-art facilities, comprehensive services and engaging activities tailored to meet the needs of older persons. The environment is designed to promote comfort, dignity, independence and quality of life for residents, whether on a permanent or short-term basis.

Key Requirements- Active registration with NMBI (General Register)
- Minimum 6 years post-registration experience
- At least 3 years recent experience in Care of the Elderly within the last 6 years
- Recent management experience
- Post-registration qualification in dementia care (desirable)
- Post-registration management qualification in healthcare or a related field (essential)
- Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD)
- Strong IT skills
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
