Assistant Director, Financial Diligence - IPO Advisory

EY-Parthenon in Birmingham is seeking an Assistant Director - Financial Diligence to join a high performing team working on high profile IPOs and transactions. You will develop due diligence approaches, assess target finances, and report findings to clients and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross functional teams in EY, travel within the UK and possibly internationally, and mentor junior staff while delivering insights and value through rigorous analysis.
