Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Transformation and Corporate Services.

This pivotal role will drive strategic change, digital transformation, and organisational development across both Councils, ensuring we deliver efficient, customer-focused services that meet the needs of our communities.

As the lead officer for Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) and Devolution, you will work closely with senior leadership, elected members, and external partners to shape the future of local government in our region.
