Assistant Depot Manager: Lead Team, Boost Trade Sales

Howdens is seeking an Assistant Depot Manager to support the Depot Manager, lead a small team, drive sales and customer service, and ensure smooth day to day operations in a busy depot.

You will build strong relationships with local trade customers, oversee stock, health and safety, and coach staff to improve performance and achieve targets. This role provides training and a clear pathway to a Depot Manager position.
