Your tasks: - Manage the entry and exit points of building users - Prepare residents' areas for their arrival (welcome kit, badge, standard furniture) - Ensure comfort and cleanliness for building users - Ensure the distribution of mail - Main point of contact for users and clients - Monitor and control work activities - Identify necessary refreshes - Identify issues requiring technical intervention - Organize interventions in accordance with cleaning services and provide supplements - Document issues identified and forward them to specialized technicians - Record intervention requests from residents - Control fire alarms, reassure users, and call for emergency services if needed Your profile: - Holder of a CFC diploma in commerce - Confirmed experience in a similar position (ideally in a multicultural NGO environment) - Very good oral and written proficiency in French (minimum C1 level) - Very good knowledge of English orally and in writing (minimum B1 level) - Very good knowledge of common tools (MS Office) - Meticulous, attention to detail - Autonomous with skills in prioritization and management - Strong service and solutions orientation - Comfortable working in multicultural contexts - Clean criminal record For us?
