ONNEC is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Managed Services division as anAssistant Data Centre Solution SME. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in IT infrastructure.

As part of this role, you'll be enrolled onto theData Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Programme, gaining hands-on experience working within our clients' spaces and London Office while earning a nationally recognised qualification.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the Data Centre Solution SME with asset and infrastructure management
• Learning to use industry tools like DCiM solution - Nlyte & NEO and other DC tools.
• Assisting with onboarding new sites and maintaining accurate data records
• Participating in troubleshooting, change management, and system updates
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
