Assistant Coach, Women's First Team: Player Development

York City FC Women is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and committed Assistant Coach to join the First Team coaching staff and support the development, performance and progression of the team.

The successful candidate will work with the Head Coach across training and matchday environments, delivering high-quality sessions and helping to develop a positive, ambitious and high-performance culture.
