We are recruiting for this amazing health and fitness job in Rustington. We are looking for an outstanding assistant manager to work with a well renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry.
This is a very hands on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas that can be covered in more detail when you connect with one of our fitness recruitment team.
The Role- Responsible for the day to day running of the facilities.
- Inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and consistently go above and beyond to deliver.
- Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance.
- Focus on standards and levels of service, delivering upon this.
- Experienced manager with a high level of experience running a department or club, understanding the levels of service needed to succeed.
- Worked in high end club management and has a real passion for it.
- Strong leader and people motivator, able to get the best from a team and willing to roll up sleeves when needed.
- Sales experience ideal; background in club management, fitness management, and operations management within high end facilities.
