Assistant Chef - Modern Café Kitchen & Seasonal Menus

Jersey Pearl in St. Ouen is seeking an Assistant Chef for our multi-award-winning café. You will help deliver modern café-style dishes across breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea, in a family-run setting.

Work closely with our Head Chef to develop dishes for seasonal menus and specials, while maintaining HAACP and Eat Safe ratings and contributing to the ongoing success of our Jersey Pearl café.
