Assistant Centre Manager - Auto Service & Workshop

Halfords is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Redhill Autocentres site. You will work with the Centre Manager to supervise workshop and front-of-house operations, drive profitability and ensure excellent customer service in a busy environment.

You will split time between the workshop and sales/meetings, leveraging your technical knowledge and leadership skills to develop the team and deliver great service. A base salary is provided with an uncapped bonus potential and a five-day week schedule.
