Compass Group UK&I, operating Costa-branded venues on a major High Street site in Harlow, is seeking an experienced Assistant Cafe Manager to oversee cafe operations. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) and focuses on delivering exceptional food experiences and world-class service.

As Assistant Cafe Manager, you will ensure smooth kitchen and service counter operations, mentor staff, manage inventories and budgets, and maintain a positive brand image.
