Assistant Cafe Manager - Lead Service & Food Experience

Costa Coffee in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Assistant Cafe Manager to lead operations and deliver exceptional food experiences with world-class customer service.

You will motivate the team, assist with inventories and budgets, manage tills, train colleagues, handle paperwork as required, and represent Compass Group UK&I with a positive brand image. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week with shifts 5 out of 7 days and a proactive approach to upskilling.
