Sister is researching for an Assistant Buyer to join the team on a returning Band 3 London-based HETV scripted production.

Dates:

Start date: 11th August 2025 for approximately 27 weeks (February 2026)

Location:

Central London

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting the set decoration and buying department with sourcing for sets, liaising with suppliers to set up accounts
• Assisting the production buyer with paperwork when needed
• Creating notes of options when necessary
• Responsibility for a float, keeping receipts and recording
• Ideally demonstrating at least one or two HETV credits as an Assistant Buyer
• Previous petty cash and assistant buying experience on HETV scripted productions and knowledge of props houses
• Experience with breakdown of scripts
• Familiarity with Keynote, Numbers, and Excel software
• Having a full UK driving license; the role involves going to see/pick up consumables and props
• The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
