Branch Operations Manager

NAPA Auto Parts, a global automotive parts distributor, is expanding its presence in Ireland. We need a motivated Branch Operations Manager to support the branch manager and team in maximizing sales, operational efficiency, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch sales, margin, and target goals while maintaining first-class customer service.
• Manage daily branch operations, including warehouse and customer delivery teams.
• Maximize branch efficiencies to achieve KPI's.
• Control inventory, handle customer and supplier returns, conduct stock takes and audits.
• Manage local fleet requirements.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Handle cash, assist with local customer accounts and debt control.
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures.
• Communicate team objectives, key aims, and progress.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Proficiency with online and Windows-based cataloguing systems and portals.
• Lead by example and foster a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-focused with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization of urgent and important tasks.
• Knowledge of local areas and customer base is desirable but not essential.
