Assistant Bar Manager: Lead Bar Team & Craft Memorable Drinks

Hawksmoor is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to support the Bar Manager in leading the bar team and delivering an exceptional drinks operation. You will blend creativity with leadership to ensure service that is energetic, precise and warmly attentive to guests.

You'll shape guest experiences through cocktails, wines and spirits, while developing and mentoring staff, maintaining cost controls, and stepping in as needed to keep hawksmoor standards high.
