What you'll be doingYou'll be at the heart of our hospitality operation, ensuring every bar service runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
- Deliver seamless bar operations across match days, conferences, exhibitions, and special events
- Lead, brief, and coordinate bar teams, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and performance
- Manage bar stock, ordering, and controls to stay within budget while maintaining quality
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including till operations and reconciliation
- Ensure all staff are correctly uniformed and fully briefed before events
- Conduct health & safety briefings and ensure full compliance with company and legal standards
- Work closely with the Operations team and Conference & Meetings team to support event delivery
- Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the hospitality bar team
- Assist with staffing levels and labour cost control in line with business needs
- Collaborate with Sales teams to support event planning and ensure bar logistics are effectively delivered

- Proven experience in bar operations within a hospitality or events environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple events at once
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers
- A proactive, hands on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Solid understanding of health & safety and licensing regulations
- A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Enthusiasm, drive, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in large-scale or multi purpose venues
- Background in event catering or hospitality coordination
- Budget and cost control experience
