Assistant Bar Manager - Pre-Opening Luxury Bar Lead

Delano London, part of Ennismore, seeks an exceptional Assistant Bar Manager to join the pre-opening team. Reporting to the Bar Manager and working with the Director of F&B, you'll help bring Rose Bar to life and connect beverage across Lana Lusa, Room Service and Private Dining.

You'll lead shifts, develop bartenders, support recruitment and contribute to setting service standards and cocktail execution from day one.
