We're seeking a confident and reliable Administration Assistant to support our busy team and ensure customers receive a friendly, professional experience every time. You'll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while helping customers feel valued and supported.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing day to day administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record keeping
  • Acting as a first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Handling enquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer focused approach
  • Escalating issues when needed and ensuring timely follow up
  • Keeping customer and administrative records up to date in relevant systems
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, friendly, helpful, and solution focused approach
  • Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving queries
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, email systems, CRM tools)
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
  • A proactive mindset with great attention to detail
Experience & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of office procedures
