What You'll Do:
As our Assets Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our housing assets are managed effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed surveys and inspections of residential properties.
- Assessing the condition and value of assets to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our housing portfolio.
- Preparing accurate reports and documentation to support asset management initiatives.
- Engaging with tenants and stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.
- Implementing innovative solutions that enhance our housing services.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for housing. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Relevant experience in asset management or surveying within the housing sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to conduct pre-post insoections surveys, focus on quality and ensure works are up to standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to work, with a knack for teamwork.
- A valid driving licence and the ability to travel within the region.
