Asset Manager ()

Property Asset Manager (Hybrid) needed in London, £400 per day - Reference: 2358

The Role:

To provide professional advice and expertise to the Client on complex feasibility studies, options appraisals, and business cases to identify opportunities to maximise the underlying value and best use of assets for the benefit of the Client. The role includes providing scrutiny on projects that have already been progressed, helping the Client choose the optimal options that balance revenue savings, capital receipts, service provision, and social & community outcomes.

To lead the execution of Capital Projects supporting services such as Housing Needs, Children's, and Adult Social Care. The role also involves supporting the Social Investment & Property senior management team in developing Asset Management Plans, Property Strategy, and Capital Strategy through asset challenge and reviews.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
