Asset Finance Lawyer - Dublin

The Maples Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Associate to join our growing team. The role focuses on asset finance structures for lenders, sponsors and investors, including securitisations, leases and facility arrangements.

You will work within a collaborative, high-calibre team, handling Irish and cross-border matters, reviewing documentation, negotiating terms and supporting client relationships across domestic and international institutions.
