About this Role

Blue Earth Capital AG is looking for a dynamic and driven Asset Class Specialist to join its Private Equity Partnerships-Fund of Funds, Co-Investment, and Secondaries team. This role is based in either London or Abu Dhabi and requires a professional adept at navigating the fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings of impact investing. As a key contributor to the expansion of Blue Earth's investment reach, the position demands leadership in strategic areas such as fundraising, asset class expertise, market development, internal collaboration, and thought leadership. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth of the firm's presence across Asia and the Middle East.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary fundraising lead for Private Equity Partnerships products and mandates.
  • Strategically lead client coverage in Asia and the Middle East.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with institutional investors and family offices.
  • Lead investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence processes.
  • Support regional fundraising teams with technical expertise.
  • Serve as the asset class expert for Private Equity Partnerships.
  • Map and prioritize new markets for fundraising expansion.
  • Develop tailored strategies to grow the investor base.
  • Serve as the primary link between the Private Equity Partnerships team and the Fundraising & IR team.
  • Actively contribute to market insights and thought leadership pieces.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences and events.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant fundraising experience in private markets.
  • Demonstrated technical fluency in private equity secondaries and co-investments.
  • Proven track record of fundraising from institutional investors and/or family offices in Asia and the Middle East.
  • Natural entrepreneur with experience in scaling first-time and innovative funds.
  • Deep understanding of the secondaries market and impact investing landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently across teams and geographies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively internationally.
  • Advanced degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
