Red Bull Technology is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join the team for the remainder of 2025 and beyond.

In this position, you will be part of the Assembly Group, responsible for building, servicing, and maintaining car assemblies and pit equipment for Race, Test, and Promotional events, as well as supporting other Red Bull projects.

Your responsibilities:

1. Build, service, and maintain a wide array of assemblies in accordance with our Production Control framework, covering build specifications, component lifing, and hardware allocations.
2. Communicate all build quality issues to the appropriate stakeholders, ensuring all faults and NCRs are recorded via our internal business systems.
3. Be responsible and accountable for delivering objectives on time, escalating any problems identified whilst working independently.
4. Become an integral member of the team, promoting ideas and initiatives for continuous improvement through open discussion.
5. Champion the group's key performance indicator framework.
6. Maintain the highest standards of operation, cleanliness, and organization.
7. Ensure all design updates are captured using the company systems and assembly drawings.
