gap personnelare recruiting for an Assembly Operative for a manufacturing company based in Exeter.

The role of an Assembly Operative is varied with duties including:

• Assemble orders as allocated, meeting and exceeding quality expectations
• Follow written and technical drawing instructions accurately
• Complete tasks within required timeframes
• Work safely in line with company Health & Safety procedures
• Maintain high quality standards across all assembled products
• Ensure a clean and organised working environment

Working Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Thursday 0830am - 1700pm, Friday 0800am until 1600pm
• £12.90 per hour

Essential for the role:

• Strong attention to detail
• Previous factory or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Good verbal communication skills
• Proactive and flexible approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
