Morson Talent are recruiting for an Assembly Fitter - Sheet Metal UAP to join a leading aerospace company in Burnley.
Pay: 18.25ph PAYE / 24.36ph Umbrella Location: Burnley Schedule: Monday to Friday Days (with potential to change to nights or different shift patterns)
The role:As part of the Sheet Metal Components Team, you'll be working with steel, aluminium, and titanium to produce high-quality assemblies. You will follow engineering drawings, templates, and fixtures, installing aerospace fasteners and parts in line with engineering and quality requirements.
What we're looking for:- Time-served apprenticeship in a relevant discipline
- Strong practical skills with tools and equipment
- Good concentration and accuracy when cutting, drilling, and assembling
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and visualise finished products
