We are recruiting key Production Operatives for a well established manufacturing company in the Harlow area. This is a temp to perm opportunity after 12 weeks, in a clean, modern working environment, with full training and ongoing support.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours (unpaid breaks): Monday Thursday 07 40
Friday 07 25 (15 min break + 30 min lunch - both unpaid)

Key Responsibilities

• Operating semi automated machinery and equipment
• Assembling products using small components and hand tools
• Following step by step processes and digital instructions
• Conducting quality checks throughout production
• Maintaining high accuracy and consistency
• Working effectively within a team

We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and hands on ability, who can follow digital instructions and work well with others.
