Aspiring Sous Chef - Lead the Kitchen in a Busy Hotel

The Queen at Chester Hotel is seeking a junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help deliver consistently high-quality food across the hotel. Working with the Head Chef, you will help lead the kitchen, bringing structure, calm and confidence to daily operations.

You will support menu delivery, uphold quality and presentation standards, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, especially in the Head Chef's absence. This role offers opportunities to grow and develop within a historic property.
