Aspiring SEN & SEMH ECT - Transform Learning

Protocol Education is recruiting an Early Career Teacher (ECT) SEN to inspire and support students aged 5 to 16 with EHCPs and varied needs. You will deliver tailored lessons, apply Team Teach principles, and collaborate with TAs to create a structured, caring classroom that fosters progress.

The ideal candidate holds UK QTS or PGCE, is passionate about SEND/SEMH, and brings reflective practice and a commitment to equality of opportunity.
