Aspiring Probation Officer & Learning Support Mentor

Milk Education is recruiting an Aspiring Probation Officer to work as a Learning Support Assistant in a Hillingdon secondary school. The role places you at the frontline of early intervention, supporting students at risk of exclusion and those with SEMH needs.

You will gain hands-on experience mentoring pupils 1:1 and in small groups, building trust, supporting emotional regulation, and developing trauma-informed, restorative approaches to behaviour. Start September 2026.
