Adare Manor is now accepting applications for our Aspire Management in Training (MIT) Programme in Rooms Division, a 12 month accelerated development pathway designed to develop future leaders within our award winning luxury resort.

This immersive programme provides high potential candidates with hands on operational experience, structured leadership development, and direct exposure to senior management across our Rooms Division operations.

Duration: 12 months
Department: Rooms Division
Location: Adare Manor, Co. Limerick

Participants will complete structured rotations across the Rooms Division, supported by:

• Leadership and management training
• One to one mentoring
• Regular development check ins and performance reviews

• Broad operational experience across core Rooms Division departments
• Participation in Aspire leadership and management workshops
• Exposure to senior leadership and involvement in decision making forums
• Mentorship from HR and departmental leaders
• Completion of a strategic project focused on enhancing operational or guest experience outcomes
• Clear progression opportunities into supervisory or management roles upon successful completion

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, ideally within Rooms Division (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong interest in leadership and long term career progression
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a luxury environment
• A strong sense of initiative and adaptability
