Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Asphalt Plant Supervisor to join their asphalt plant based in Longwater, Norwich.

This is a key role responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of the asphalt plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day asphalt plant operations
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
• Lead and support plant operatives and drivers
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
• Coordinate with management, customers, and transport teams
• Carry out basic plant maintenance and fault-finding as required

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience within an asphalt plant environment
• Previous supervisory experience is desirable
• Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures
• Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with working hours (48 hours per week)
