This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE to take ownership of a varied caseload while working in a supportive and client-focused environment. The successful Residential Property Solicitor will manage a full range of residential transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and deeds of variation. The role requires a confident Residential Property Solicitor who can handle their own caseload independently from instruction through to completion, while also contributing to the wider success of the team.

The Residential Property Solicitor's role

As a Residential Property Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters from start to finish

• Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages and title transfers

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents and reports

• Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders to ensure smooth transactions

• Meeting billing and time recording targets while upholding client service standards

• Maintaining compliance with SRA and firm protocols

This is a hands-on role requiring strong legal knowledge and the ability to manage multiple matters to deadline.

The Residential Property Solicitor

The ideal Residential Property Solicitor will possess:

• 2-5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing

• A strong track record of managing files independently

• Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills

• A client-focused approach with a high standard of care

• The ability to generate fee income and meet financial targets

• Qualification as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer

You must be confident, commercially aware and comfortable working under pressure.
