Aseptic Manufacturing Frontline Manager - Lead 20+ Team

Amgen Dun Laoghaire in Ireland seeks a Front Line Manager (FLM) to lead a 20+ strong team of Manufacturing Process Technicians and Senior Associates on a four-cycle shift. You will oversee aseptic syringe/vial production, ensure GMP compliance and drive safe, quality-focused operations.

You will coach and develop staff, coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Planning, and champion lean and continuous improvement while delivering on the production plan.
