Job Description

ASD Tutor

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Tutor to support a 5-year-old pupil with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).

  • Location: GU11 3RL
  • Hours: 15 hours per week
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Type: Tuition (1:1 support)
  • Pay: 25-30 pounds per hour

This role involves providing tailored, engaging support to help the pupil develop academically and build confidence in a safe and structured environment.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children, ideally within education or tutoring
  • Understanding or experience supporting children with ASD
  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
  • Ability to create engaging and structured learning sessions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
