ASD Teaching Assistant: 1:1 Support & Growth

Maidenhead-based school is seeking an ASD Teaching Assistant to support students with autism spectrum disorder and additional needs. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, helping with learning and emotional regulation, and fostering confidence and independence under the guidance of SEN staff.

The ideal candidate is a psychology graduate or has a strong interest in psychology, education, or therapy, and is compassionate, patient, and an effective communicator who can build positive
