A supportive and well-resourced SEN school in Reading is seeking a dedicated ASD Support Assistant to join their team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children with Autism, communication difficulties, and associated learning needs.
This role would particularly suit Psychology, Education, Speech and Language, or Counselling graduates, or individuals looking to build a long-term career supporting children with additional needs.

- Salary: £89-£100 per day
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Start Date: ASAP

As an ASD Support Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils develop communication skills, social interaction, emotional regulation, and independence. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to implement tailored education and behaviour plans.
The ASD Support Assistant role is ideal for individuals who are patient, proactive, and genuinely passionate about inclusive education and neurodiversity.
