Asbestos Surveyor - Croydon

Due to continued success this client based asbestos company with a large portfolio of clients is looking to recruit a competent Asbestos Surveyor in the Croydon area. The successful applicant will hold the P402 asbestos certificate and will have experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of site types. Consideration will be given to applications from Dartford, Epsom, Horley, Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

• P402 or equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Surveying experience in asbestos industry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package.

Duties of the role:

• Conduct Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including domestic and commercial.
• Collate and produce comprehensive asbestos reports.
• Build a strong relationship with the company's mixed portfolio of clients.
