We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Housing Officer (ASB) to join the Housing Services team within a Warwickshire local authority. This is a key role focused on tackling anti social behaviour and supporting safer communities across the borough.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and investigate ASB cases
- Prepare legal documentation and support enforcement action
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and partner agencies
- Deliver high quality, resident focused services
You will have a background in housing, strong knowledge of ASB legislation, and the ability to manage complex cases independently. Strong communication, organisation, and a commitment to community safety are essential.
