Artisan Baker & Pastry Chef - 3-5 Day Week, Morning Shifts

Mokoko Coffee & Bakery is seeking a Baker/Chef de Partie for our Newark Worksbakery near the river in Bath. You will be responsible for the daily production of viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads that form our thoughtful menu, working alongside and reporting to the Head Chef.

We offer a healthy work life balance with a 3-5 day week and morning starts from 6:00am, reflecting our handmade approach crafted in front of customers.
