Art Teacher

GSL Education is seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive secondary school in Leicestershire.

This full-time position is available for an immediate start, offering a competitive salary on the MPS/UPS scale.

Position Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• DBS registered on the update service
• Right to work in the UK
• Strong background in Art and Design with experience teaching KS3 and KS4
• Enthusiasm for fostering a love of creativity and self-expression in students

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons aligned with the national curriculum, inspiring students to explore various mediums and techniques
• Encourage creativity and critical thinking in students through hands-on projects and constructive feedback
• Create an inclusive and inspiring classroom environment that celebrates individual expression and artistic growth
