About the Role:
Hays are in partnership with an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Secondary School in West Leicestershire who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Art and Design Teacher to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will teach KS3 and KS4 Art and Design. This is a full-time, long-term role with the opportunity of going Temp to Perm.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in KS3 Art and Design

Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to inspire students.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.

Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching Art and Design at KS3 level.

Strong classroom management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to continuous professional development.
