Arrears Recovery Officer - Social Housing

Sellick Partnership seeks an experienced Income Officer in Reading for a temporary up to 6 months, office-based role. You will handle low level arrears, contact tenants through various channels, and progress cases toward recovery where appropriate. Experience in social housing and NEC system usage is essential.

The role involves applying policies, recording all interactions in the Housing Management system, and liaising with local authorities to maximise income through benefits or other avenues.
