ARN Network Operations Manager

Avant Repair Network is an award-winning vehicle collision repair network, providing repair solutions for cars, LGVs, HGVs, and specialist vehicles. We work with leading insurers, fleets, and clients, delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service across our trusted network.

We are looking for a Network Operations Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for managing the performance of repairers within a designated region, ensuring service levels are achieved and compliance standards are met. This is a key role in maintaining and improving network performance while building strong, collaborative relationships with our repairers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver client SLAs and business requirements.
• Manage and monitor the daily performance of network repairers.
• Onboard new repairers as required to ensure optimal coverage and repair capacity.
• Use data and reporting tools to track performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Support compliance, documentation, and audit requirements across the network.
• Build and maintain strong repairer relationships.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and represent Avant at client meetings.

About You

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the collision repair or automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of repair processes and methods.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Analytical, with the ability to interpret data and find solutions.
• Highly organised, able to plan and manage your own workload effectively.
• IT literate, confident with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Experience with estimating systems such as Audatex (desirable).
