Area Store Manager: Lead Teams, Drive Sales

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead one or more stores in the Tyneside area, driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will own store performance, coach and develop your team, manage stock and KPI delivery, and make commercial decisions to maximise profit.

Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential as you oversee designate stores.
